Wellness Laughter I feel encompasses the 5 Pillars of Optimal Health which provides a strong holistic foundation for knowing what it takes to thrive in modern times on a whole-being level—physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. Michele has been working on discovering Peace, Wellness and Laughter within herself through Meditation, Breathing, Laughter Yoga, Essential Oils, and Stones, just to name a few things.
